Linear Series

In this series I began to wonder how my moods and various times of the day impacted the lines I pushed across the paper with my intention to get It as straight as possible. By freehand I would explore the instability or stability of the line when I woke up before and after drinking coffee, or a day when I was agitated in contrast to a day I felt peaceful.

Each is painted with watercolor and pastel on Arches cotton cold press heavy gauge paper.
